1st wedding cake in the books!

After lots of work on this one, I finally completed, delivered and set up my first wedding cake.  Thank you to Tralonnie and Randy for giving me the opportunity to be the one to create a cake for such a huge and special day!  I hope you enjoyed it.  It was so fun to do.

Specs:  3 tier, white cake, buttercream icing with fondant top layer and royal icing decoration.  Corelli lace design.  This cake probably weighed around 70-80 pounds once stacked.  Wowza!!  :-)

Wedding Cake - baking to commence

Well, the time is upon me.  I am preparing to start on the wedding cake tonight.  Everyone keep your fingers crossed for me and wish me luck as I embark on this one... I know it will be fine but just in case!  :-)

Wedding Dress shower cake

Bottom tier was chocolate fudge cake with buttercream inside, fondant on outside.  Top layer was vanilla cake with buttercream inside and fondant outside.  Buttercream borders and accessories.

Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake...

was a HUGE hit at work.  All the girls loved it - or at least that's what they told me!! LOL 
Will be taking orders for cheesecakes for Thanksgiving... already have 2 on the books.  A 9 inch cheesecake is $25 and a 10 inch cheesecake is $30.  Choose from several different flavors.  E-mail me with questions at sweetbbakeshoppe@gmail.com

New Logo.... website coming soon!

Well guys... I am so excited this week!  I got my new logo all ready and have posted it on my blog as well as my facebook page.  It will soon be on my website as well.  I am getting a couple of shirts made up for the time being so I can have something professional with the logo on it to wear for deliveries!  So excited!!  Let me know what you think....
